I have finally given up taking my car here. The last two major repairs didn't last a month. Had to take it back and listen to a bunch of bs excuses.

Unreliable and unprofessional.

I discovered Speedline after I was badly screwed over by a different local auto shop (lets just say they are in "LINCOLN" Square). I took my car in and spoke to Ron, one of the owners. I had never felt as comfortable about a mechanic's shop than when I was talking with him (btw, Pablo is also a great guy too). They quickly assessed the real problem and fixed me up very quickly. Since then I have taken my car there for all of my needs. I have had suspension work done, A+! I've had brake work done, A+!! I have had engine work done A++!!! I've had clutch work done, A+++!!! I now trust the crew at Speedline for all of my auto needs, all the way down to just getting an oil change. They are honest, caring, and are genuinely concerned about getting you back on the road as soon and as safely as possible. They do great work, at a great price, and in a timely manner (and if for some reason there is a delay, they will let you know right away). in my book, Speedline is top notch!

I had been to a few auto shops and was quite apprehensive about letting just anyone work on my antique. I heard that Speedline had undergone a change of ownership. I met with Ron, one of the new owners from Speedline and discussed the different types of work I wanted done with my car; I felt comfortable about leaving it there. First I had Speedline convert my front manual drum brakes to power disc brakes. Thereafter I had my wiper motor, washer pump and switch replaced. Speedline by far has been the place with mechanics you can trust and count on for getting the job done right. They have reasonable prices and are quite competitive. I'd like to thank Speedline for the EXCELLENT work they have done on my 1968 Chevelle.
