The turn over rate at this salon is outrageous, so if you like your stylist, be sure to get their number or give them your phone number in case they wake up and discontinue working for a demeaning boss at the drop of a hat. No one should have to work for anyone that treats them like they are a low life, when in all reality this is the only way they owner can make himself feel important. The owner is not even a stylist himself, so has no clue what it takes to be good in our profession. I have been in the profession for over 25 years as a stylist and a salon owner, and never once did I have to demean my staff to operate a great business. So, please if you go to this salon and you like your stylist, either get their number or give them yours!!
