I would definately have the decorators and owner be more truthful about their cakemaking ability. I was to have a cake that make at another bakery and told by them they could copy it. There is no resemblence whatsoever. It wouldn't have been so bad if the cake was uniform in size not bulging and the flaws covered in fondant. When the customer calls you to tell you they are disatisfied, telling them to call your lawyer is not a good way to earn loyality and repeat business.
