I was told that my ballistic vest cover would take four weeks to complete. Upon the fifth week, I called to inquire about my vest. I was told that it would be done the following Wednesday. The following Wednesday came, and I didn't receive a phone call. Upon calling, I was told that the vest would be done the next following Wednesday. This continued for approximately four more weeks. The service is horrible and even when the client gives them the order name, they have to ask several more times. They seem to mix up orders on a regular basis. I will not be using this company again.

horrible service the vest order was well over 4 weeks late. When the vests arrived numerous mistakes. Missed spelled names,wrong pouches, wrong items on vest,didn't fit. So please save your self the time and aggravation. Do not use tri Taylor. I would give them zero stars but I can't submit a review without doing so.

Very good quality work performed by expert staff. Does take a little long for returns. Worth the wait.

Pleasant, efficient and excellent work. On the spot hemming and stitching within a few minutes. They also make custom ballistic vest covers. Definitely a resourceful place to find your gear.
