Provided by YPmobileThis postal office hardly ever answers their phones and they have trouble with delivering and receiving packages. I frequently send and receive packages and they don't update the packages info until its delivered. I called corporate and complained and that was the only time they improved. I also had the issue of notices being left and not receiving my package when someone is at home but most of the time it is no notice left. I try to avoid this office (Palos Hills and Beverly are much better) but its the closest.

Provided by YP.comI have had so many issues with my packages. That I know for sure that a overhaul needs to be done at this place. From the rooter to the tooter. From the Top to the Bottom. This is a disgrace to all the residence at 60628 and others that this post office services. They leave bogus messages on the tracking system saying a notice has been left and nothing has been left. I have even spoke to a supervisor about a invisible notice being left for a package and she promised me that the package would be waiting on me when I arrive. When I got there, you guessed it, NO PACKAGE!!!!!!! The supervisor said that after speaking with me it was already gone with the carrier and if I wanted them to call the carrier to bring it back. I told her that she should have called the carrier way before I got here to assure that her promise was valid. NOW I AM WAITING FOR TWO PACKAGES THAT BOTH RECEIVED THE INVISIBLE ATTEMPT TO DELIVER NOTICE, HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY NEED TO SERIOUSLY DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE THIS MESS OF A POST OFFICE.

Provided by YP.comI have never had so many problems with receiving my packages. The tracking system will show that either a notice has been left or that the package has been delivered. I could be sitting at home when the notice is slipped into my mailbox, but my bell has never rang and I have to chase the postal worker down and ask why the notice was left when I'm sitting right there. (The package is then brought to my door.) At other times there is nothing left at all, notice or package, and I have to call to find out where my package is at. Usually the postal worker still has the package in the vehicle and comes up with some excuse why the tracking information is not accurate. This is very frustrating.
