I only talk to Lucy so I can only speak for her but, She is always extremely nice & patient in answering any questions I may have. I always pay over the phone but she gives me a courtesy call when my payment is due/overdue or my policy is coming up for renewal. I initially intended only to use urban ins. For as long as i needed my SR-22 but she has been such a dear that I've continued to use them. I wld gladly recommend u call Lucy if ur thinking about starting a policy through Urban. She Will take good care.

I was at the dealer getting a new (Used) car for my son.I called my agent urban Auto and they told me how much it would be to add him and his car to my policy. It was a real good rate, less than I thought it would be for a 17 male.That was 6:00pm but he was still picking between two cars, and the guy at the car place would not let him drive off untill he saw proof that we had the car insured.Urban stayed open for an extra hour + till we got it all done; just so my son could drive off with the car that night.They saved me money and time.Thanks

I was referred to urban by a friend. I got a quote online, it was so cheap I thought it had to be a mistake. But when I called them on the phone and went through the whole thing- they were like, Yes, that is really our rate.I checked the BBB site, and that gave them an A+; so I called them back and started my car insurance. Today, I cant afford to over pay for anything. The money I saved helped.
