Placed an order for an office lunch to be picked-up. After getting all the way back to work after picking up the order, one of the orders was wrong. Called Venice Cafe and asked if someone could deliver the right order, but the person on the phone basically laughed in my face. He said that I could bring it all the way back for a replacement. I asked if he would be so kind as to refund the money for this one wrong food order as I, the customer, was being inconvenienced. He absolutely refused saying that I was wrong for not checking my order before I left the restaurant. I will NEVER EVER go there again due to the horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. THUMBS DOWN!
