I had a wonderful experience booking my trip through this agency! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we went to all the right places on our 2 week vacation. We will be working with Windy City for all of our travel needs in the future. Thanks Janet!

I called Janet at Windy City Travel to discuss options for vacation packages to Fiji.

She was unhelpful and got frustrated because I didn't know exactly where I wanted to go in Fiji or what I wanted included in my package. I was hoping to discuss the options with the agent so that I could decide! Instead, she was impatient and short with me and even said, "honestly, I don't know why you're calling. You don't seem to know what you want." She even suggested that she would go through all the trouble to research my options, and I would run off with the new information provided to me. In fact, she said that Windy City usually charges a non-refundable $150 fee that would be credited to the package in order for them to even spend time on our package options. Wow!! How do they even stay open? Unless you know EXACTLY what you want - do not bother with Windy City Travel.
