We cannot say enough good things about Abundant Life! When the business where we bought our original insert closed & couldn't service it, they generously adopted us. Not only did they do their best to fix it many times, but then successfully fought to get us a manufacturer's reimbursement when it proved irreparable. Finally, they helped us choose a beautiful Travis model that they installed promptly & efficiently. Now we are enjoying the comforting fire we have always wanted. In all aspects, they went above and beyond our expectations. Suzanne & Gordon

Bought a Harman pellet insert a year ago - made noise since installed - called - came after many phone calls, and replaced the motor. Still making noise when the pellets go into the auger. Called - nothing - had it serviced this past summer - told them it still was making noise - nothing. Now I've called a few times as it is now making a banging noise and no heat, also still making the noise when the pellets go into the auger. Still no return phone call. Not pleased with their service department. Thanks, Mary Ann

Katnip's review below is accurate. They love to sell product, but don't want to hear from you afterward. They hide behind answering machines, and don't return calls. In short, they are very unprofessional in delivering service. We wound up having to go to the manufacturer to get warranty repair.

Before posting on here I read the reviews others left and was shocked because our experience with Abundant Life was NOTHING like the ones mentioned. I have nothing but positive things to say about the company, product line, service and staff. And I could not let these negative reviews be the only ones posted because this company deserves more credit than they were given.



We'd been contemplating a pellet stove purchase for quite some time before we finally made the move to. We didn't want to jump into any purchase, though, so we shopped around, trying to find a place that carried a great selection of stoves with good prices. We looked around Maine and New Hampshire. Our search led us to Abundant Life. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed by the staff. They were eager to help us and were able to answer any questions we had. They even offered recommendations on what would work best for our family and house size.



While there, we also took a look at the hot tubs they sell. I've always wanted a hot tub, but never really looked into buying one too deeply. However, after talking to our sales guy at Abundant Life, a very likeable guy, I might add, we've decided that when we finally make the move to purchase one, we will be going to Abundant Life.



I definitely recommend Abundant Life for all of your heating needs.

This place is great! The service people are always available to help. I have an old hot tub and they have helped me get parts and answered questions even though we didn't buy it from them!! We have decided to buy a tub from them and they have given us a great deal. People who give bad reviews should give their names and a clearer reason for their disapproval, rather than slam a company that gives more than 100% to their customers at all times.

Great experience! Nice guys that were very knowledgeable. I would highly reccomend Abundant Life. They had the best price on the pellet stove i bought too.

Abundant Life is overpriced and does not care about their customers at all. They ignore you when you are in the store and you often have to interrupt them from talking to each other to get some help. They charge $179 to make a service call! My plumber does not charge that much!



I like my hot tub. I don't like being gouged.

The service people are very inconsistent in getting back to you or even returning a call. Sometimes days. If you buy a stove there great but I would find another source for service.

after waiting 3 days for a call back i guess ill have to fix my hot tub myself. sales gets a five star, service not so good
