Provided by YPmobileShowed up to take your of facility and start new services. Knocked on door, staff member told me to wait just a minute by holding up a finger. Stood at the door for an additional 10 minutes and still was left outside waiting. I understand she was speaking with a customer but one of the three people in the room could have let me in since it was 25 degrees out so I could wait in the waiting area for her! Very unprofessional I will never use anytime fitness at any location!
