Not only did I not recieve my flowers on valentines. Today I called so I could go pick them up. The lady on the phone proceeds to tell me they sold my already paid for arrangement my fiancé had ordered for me and that they are out of red roses! So I asked about getting a refund and they said I would have to talk to her boss and have the card number of my brother in law who is at drill this weekend. Then I asked about getting a different arrangement they said they were really busy and would have to put one together. Never again will they have our business! And came on here to warn you guys STAY AWAY from this place!

Awful place, Rude staff shoved a book at me and when i picked several of the flowers i liked in the book they smugly told me they were out of season. um hello? not my job to know that. left without a backward glance and have since heard horror stories about this place from my friends as well.

Wanted an easter bouquet and didnt even get a returned call, tried to order one from webpage and nothing was delivered, but my card was run, when i called to have my card refunded, she acted like she had no idea what i was talking about , and she was struggling with the computer, if you re don t know how to run your business online, then don t have a webpage, it s just common sense. would never recommend this shop
