DO NOT use this business. They damaged my expensive interview suit pants!

I dropped my pants off to be cleaned and to have a tiny hole repaired at the corner of one of the front pockets. I needed them for an interview the following week. I returned to pick them up on Thursday as promised. The pants had not been touched. The hole was still there and they had not been cleaned. The owner put them in plastic wrap without even checking them and I was charged for work that had not been done.

I was forced to wear them to my interview the next week, as they were, since there was no time to take them back.

The next week I returned the pants to Ashley on Tuesday. She was apologetic and promised to perform the work that I had already paid for. She promised them to be finished by Tuesday.

When I returned to pick the pants up on Thursday the hole was fixed but now there is a NEW hole in the other pocket. The owner wanted to keep the pants an extra day and charge me for a hole THEY made in my pants. SERIOUSLY?
When I explained the situation to the owner he just made wise cracks and the seamstress suggested that the pants were too tight, causing the tear.

I am a patient and fair person. This experience was over the top. This suit was less than a year old, cost over $1000.00, and has only been worn 3 times. It is custom tailored and fits perfectly.

I will never use this business again. I can't afford to.
