BEWARE OF AMPLA DENTAL!! My child has 4 cavities under the fillings that Ampla dental performed. She now has an abscesses tooth requiring an extraction. Another tooth needs a baby root canal and the other fillings need to be redone...as well as ALL of her sealants which is either chipped, have come off or have holes in them. AMPLA DENTAL IS A DANGEROUS PLACE TO SEEK DENTAL CARE!

They absolutely sick... The worst care ever in the U. S. They abuse patients, cuss children out(yes the pediatrician cusses at the children) and they don't give a rats butter about anyone and only care about money. Would not send my worst enemy there... Absolutely the worst care ever

The Staff is Awesome, Caring, Kind, and Compassionate the Doctors are Great.

I went to Ampla first I saw Dr Bradley, she sort of listened ordered lab work and i made a appointment to see her in 2 weeks. Get a call...have to reschedule....she's left the Chico office....get a new provider for later that week. Get phone call confirming appt. 1 1/2 later get another phone call. The provider they set up for me no longer will be there that day....want to reschedule. They made me new appt. Saw Dr Cleland. Nice enough. Sent in prescriptions to pharmacy. Forgot to put dosage so they couldn't refill. They faxed that info and I called Ampla in that info also. Also a medicine that he forgot to do a prescription for because he wanted to double check which medication he should prescribe. They said they would make sure he saw the fax and fix it. Went into my pharmacy next day. nope not fixed. Called my pharmacy the day after (Mon) still not fixed, called Ampla, they took info and said they would make sure it was passed on. Evidently not. Called pharmacy in the afternoon they said it no they had not received new prescription orders. They refaxed and I recalled assured it would be taken care of properly. Well they have one of the prescriptions now but the other two they have not heard on. I am beginning to wonder how many people they have "injured" by their incompetence. Needless to say, as soon as I can find a doctor so I can be seen and be properly taken care of, I am stuck here.....I pay for insurance. Oh and on my first appt i waited nearly 3 hours to get in. They only get 1star because i couldn't have put lower.

I went in with so much pain, & they saw that. So, Dr. Singh and his staff took me in 3 hrs later and took good care of me. Dr. Singh is the best. Good with the needle and makes you feel comfortable about what he's doing. Friendly and professional.

Horrible customer service, waiting in the lobby for more than an hour, rude front desk, every time i call im waiting for more than 30 minutes.. i even had talked to my doctor minutes before and she asked me to call back.. after i called back the dumb medical assistant said my doctor had not been in that day ... people there dont care for anyone ! they lie because they are too lazy to even find anything for anyone ...i am disgusted with with this clinic ..

My Dr isn't too bad if u don't mindwwaiting over an hour in the waiting room. But the red head curl haired chick at the front is a horrible excuse for a person. No manners or apparently morals! She needs to go

I second what was said about Dr. Ahmed. He is to avoided at all costs and has ruined Ampla Health in Chico for me. I wouldn't set foot in that place if my life depended on it, nor will I give anyone else there even a small chance to redeem themselves, not after meeting Dr. Ahmed. If they employ a man like that, they are not to be trusted with making life and death decisions of any kind. He is absolutely worthless and afraid of his own patients. This man should NOT be practicing medicine. Terrible bedside manner, terrible communications skills, and non-existant caring skills, and I don't think the man knows the definition of professionalism. This man should not hold a medical license and I pray for those of you who are unlucky enough to have him as a doctor. Not to mention, the front end there will lie through their teeth, and management will NOT listen to any of your (the patient's) concerns, they will only defend their employees, talk over you and then rudely dismiss you without medical treatment of any kind. The Oroville office is GREAT, but the Chico office is terrible. If I was bleeding profusely and they were the closest medical center, I'd walk a half block to the Enloe Outpatient Center, or die trying before I'd set foot in the Chico offices again.



After caring for my grandmother for 20 years and then my own father for 10; I am used to places like Mayo Clinic and the Cleveland Clinic, but I've dealt with podunk hospitals in rural communities as well. I can tell you that Three Rivers General in Three Rivers, MI can't tell the difference between CHF and pneumonia (found that out the hard way with my dad - idiots), and I'd STILL GO BACK THERE FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT BEFORE I'D EVER SEE DR. AHMED EVER AGAIN. Cleveland has terrible customer service, and always has, but I'd hop a plane and go there too before I would ever, ever, EVER go back to Ampla Health here in Chico or to Dr. Ahmed period. Their medical equipment there is out of date, some of it didn't even work properly it was so old. I've seen my fair share of doctors who are only in the business for the money and the prestige; and ones who are in it to save lives, answer their calling, and make a difference; Dr. Ahmed is in it for its sense of power, security, and his own bottom line. As soon as he hears a big latin name of a big, scary disease, he's out the door and looking to pass the buck - you in other words - to anyone else, or pretend its not a problem at all and ignore it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD(REN) TO SEE DR. EJAZ AHMED!!! HE IS AN IGNORANT PERSON WHO DOES NOT GIVE THE PARENTS ACCURATE INFORMATION AND WILL DOWN PLAY EVERYTHING! IN HIS MIND THERE IS NEVER ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!! My child had siezures and DR EJAZ AHMED said there was nothing to worry about and his tests came back normal. I got a second opinion and there is something to worry about!
