Always amazed by the folks at Chico VW. I did receive the proper discount on my brake and oil change service, so they sent me a refund check to make up the difference. How nice is that? It was not that large of a difference, but I really appreciate their honesty and the extra breakfast I can now enjoy.

Our salesman "Steve" was a great information gate to the VW family. We appreciated all the info he gave us. Along with treating us like real people, instead of just a sale. I went to Chico Volkswagen to get my first oil change and Darren Ritchey the service manager there went out of his way to be more than fair with me even though I did not buy my car there. I had a few issues with my car that the dealer where I bought my car did not take care of and Chico Volkswagen took care of it for me free of charge. I highly recommend this dealership.

These careless idiots damaged my daughters car, and then were so rude about it that they made her cry.



Her beloved, pristine Jetta was returned to her with a big dent in the fender, which "Guy" the service manager told her didn't happen there but that EVEN IF IT DID, then "just like a vehicle left in a Walmart parking lot, we have no responsibility for the damage". They also told her that she had relieved them of any responsibility in the paperwork she signed when she brought the car in. Wow, excellent customer service.



Don't take your car there. We drive all the way to Santa Cruz now for service.
