I am painting my house and picked out my color. They mixed it and when I went to paint it was about 2 shades lighter than what was on the sample. I double checked with my contractor to make sure it wasnt just me, but he said it was also 2 shades lighter. I took all the paint back, just wanting to get my right color I had originally picked out and I was just horrified by how THE OWNER handled things. He was more concerned about being right rather than making the customer happy. He started to raise his voice at me and telling me I was wrong. I just wanted the right color and finally I just got my money back and will NEVER go back again! Having ran several business' I am just appalled at how they treat their customers.
