The photos were beautiful and I was happy to pay her prices. I could not put a price on how much I treasure these images. Everything was professional packaged and the presentation of my proofs blew me away. I wanted to buy them all. I would recommend Madison Grace to anyone wanting a great experience and wonderful portraits.

Poor communication, technical immaturity and unprofessional business practices from the outset led to a negative experience with this company.



Communication:

1) Numerous phone calls over a lengthy period of time not returned

2) Ongoing excuses as to why product was not delivered

a. Using “personal” not professional reasons for delays

b. A four month delay on what was to be a surprise birthday gift from my five sons, spouses and 11 grandchildren



Technical:

1) The inability to enlarge proofs on the website to enable us to clearly view what we were purchasing

2) Suns spots were not removed on the finished product diminishing quality for reprints.



Unprofessional Business Practices:

1) Requiring payment in full up front before any proofs were approved

2) A written agreement, invoice or copy of credit card receipt has ever been received.



Summary:

We were not working with a company, rather an individual who opted to complete this project on her timetable, not ours.

Newlywed was lucky. My experience wasn't that good. I guess it's just hit and miss with MG.

Buyer beware... not a wedding photographer! Good photos, but very unprofessional service. Late for appointments and double-books clients. Makes you pay up front for all services and products. We still do not have our wedding albums and it has been 6 months since our wedding.
