Hi Brian, just a quick line to say thank you for your help in stopping smoking. It's been 12 weeks now and I've not had a cigarette since coming to see you.I must admit I was initially a little skeptical, but having tried to stop smoking for the last 2 years I am chuffed to be free of demon of cigarettes. Thank you so so much for all your help with everything. My commitment phobia is well and truly gone and I will never forget you for that. Brian Stracner was amazing. I would recommend the treatment and of course you and North State Hypnosis to anyone and everyone who needs a little help getting back on track. I think its taken so long to get back to you because I have almost forgotten what it was like to have commitment phobia, there is hope out there for people suffering from it. I never thought I would get through it and used to come home crying a couple of times a week because it was so bad. I wanted to thank you for being so kind, thoughtful, supportive and wonderful, I will and have recommended you to people. I felt so comfortable talking to you about all sorts of things, like I'd known you for years. I want other people to know that commitment phobia can be overcome. I have read threads on websites where people have commitment phobia and they are are going mad and think that there is no cure or no way of over coming it. I thought that too...before I met you.

Wow, this guy was excellent! I wasn't sure if hypnosis was even real, but I won a free hypnotherapy session through a nonprofit raffel and gave it a try. I was smoking a pack and a half a day, but now it's been over a month and I have been free from ciggareetts. The weird thing is, I haven't even had a craving or the want to go back to smoking. Brian does a thorough job, and included all kinds of helpful information. I think that his multilayerd apporach was very helpful in my success in being free from those nasty cigarettes.
