Unless you're rich & stupid don't get any repairs here, they will lie and try to rip you off. It started from the moment I called and was told to bring my bike in and for $37.50 they will do a complete inspection to see what it needs to get running. I asked when could I bring it in and how long will it take I was told bring it in now and it will take about 1/2 an hour. I took it in and was asked to sign a paper that said the charge was $75? when I asked I was told they needed to take a real good look at the front tire so it would take about an hour. I had a real bad felling but I went with it and when I returned after an hour I was told "Oh, I'm sorry you misunderstood, it's going to take at least a couple days. I told them when I called I was told to bring it in and it would take 1/2 an hour for $37.50 then once I'm here I'm immediately told it's $75 and it's going to be an hour, then you guys tell me an hour later it's not an hour but at least a couple days? Also I mentioned that I personally pulled the front wheel, removed the tire & brake housing and had it reassembled within 10 minuets in my front yard with without shop tools or a stand or lift yet you're trying to charge me twice the labor rate just for that? The guy knew he was caught trying to burn me and had nothing to say and just looked at the ground. Obviously it's just standard procedure to lie to and rip off their customers from the moment they call and ask for help. Don't waste your time or money here, They lied to me and wasted my time but they'll never get a single cent and from now on I'll tell with everyone with a Honda "STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE" RATED a Double Minus ZERO

Joe the Race Tech suspension GURU! I have been having severe problems with my suspension on my used 08 RMZ 450, other people tried to help but couldn't! Joe was very accommodating and listened to my complaint and past problems, I also requested some special work and parts and he charged me exactly what he said he was and did the work to absolute perfection, I was about to sell my dirt bike but I just rode it for the first time yesterday and I will be keeping it now. Thank u soo much Chico Honda Racing Suspension. I must also say I went there to pick up my suspension on Saturday at 6pm thinking they were open and they were closed, but I knocked on the door anyway and he opened for me to give me my parts and I was very happy, I then left and got half way home and realized I left my 2 day old brand new I-Phone 4 on the counter, I immediately turned around and drove back to find the service manager waited for me to return, These guys rock!! Thanks Joe and the Service dept!! They are also a certified Race Tech suspension Service center and there stuff works great!!
