We called ahead for reservations and was placed on hold twice, waiting 10 minutes to talk to someone, and then were told they didn't take reservations. We arrived at 1:30 and waited about 10 minutes for a table. We were seated and waited a very long time for our drinks. And then waited a very long time before they arrived and our food order was placed. Three people out of our group of eleven ordered steak. Thirty minutes later, our waiter showed up and informed us they had run out of steak the night before, and we would have to order something else. My soup arrived lukewarm, as did my main dish. The food was good, but the service seriously lacked.

This Olive Garden is ok. Sometimes their food isn't the best but other times they are amazing. I guess it depends on the chef
