I lived at Pomona West while attending Chico State. The location is incredibly convenient for students! I loved being able to walk/bike to campus every day! The apartment units are very spacious (the bathrooms and closets were huge)! They are also pet friendly! Overall, it is a great place to live!

I'm lived at PW a year or so ago and loved it! The place is big and I loved having the washer & dryer in the hallway. The fact that the bike racks aren't out in the rain is pretty awesome, something I didn't even consider until it started raining like crazy. The management is really helpful and always treats me like a human, which I appreciate. I've had some other prop mgrs be real jerks...

I've lived at Pomona West since my sophomore year. My roommates and I couldn't be happier. We get along so well with our neighbors, and there is a dog park in the back of the complex so our dogs get to run around and play all the time. I actually have a big labrador retriever, and I had a lot of problems finding a place that would take such a big dog. The apartments even have a washer/dryer inside! Basically, I've had a great experience here, and woudl recommend it to anyone!

My apartment is really big, good bike storage, clean, super pet friendly!! It's so nice to be able to move in to an apartment that allows dogs and not have it be a big deal. Totally recommend!!
