Great customer service, the people who serve us there are always personable and helpful.

I've used Postal Plus for many years. Even after I moved from Chico I still use Postal Plus for a lot of my important packages to friends and family, especially around the holidays. They are nothing short of experienced, courteous, super helpful, and always a joy. Great business owners!!

I needed a PO box (PMB at Postal Plus) and they rented out one for me. The owner works the counter, and is wonderful.

im not sure whos writing the previous reviewd but the service was horrible very rude people had a bad attitude and treated me as if I was a bad sore instead of a customer charged me way to much I paid 20.00 for three small media items should have cost me under 15 for sure. wont ever go againonly went for convenience because it was close to work I will be sure to let everyone know not to go its way too much money extra not worth it for the service
