The staff has changed since the last review. They are very knowledgeable & go above & beyond to satisfy their customers. Highly recommended.

I had telephoned Radio Shack this morning , asking them if they could fix my room-mates watch that he had taken there yesterday to get a battery replaced. The worker here could barely speak English, and after removing the back to the watch dug around inside of it with a screwdriver. Breaking it to a non working order, it is a two thousand dollar antique watch, and upon talking with them on the telephone this morning, I was hung up on. Now I will have to put out more money than what I anticipated, and Radio Shack not only will not get any more of my patronage, but they get this review 2.

Your business etiquette should leave you unemployed. Take a good look at your employees there management.



By the way, I'm a beneficiary of the baby boomer generation , and I will and do make a difference as well as this review.
