Provided by YP.comAbsolutely horrid experience with our (3) kids. Felt like animals being rushed through the whole process. Lucky if each child saw the dentist for more then 3 seconds and he did not even know the child's names. Plan on getting over-billed for things that were never done and good luck on getting the slightest explanation from the staff (as a parent) as to any kind of plan or what has transpired. It won't be easy, but our kids are worth the drive out of town to find and a worthy dentist. How this group decided on Pediatrics is beyond me aside from the dollar signs.....

Provided by YP.comJust find another dentist. Our daughter is no shrinking violet, and rarely even fusses when she gets hurt at home or at school. She's a "shake it off" kind of kid. Dr. Palmer hurt our daughter by trying to 'pop" one of her primary teeth out by pushing hard on it with his thumb, without any anesthetic. It wasn't even loose. It didn't work. Now, our eight year old daughter, who had NEVER been afraid of dentists, is scared to the point of tears when she gets in our new dentist's chair. She needs two primary teeth removed according to our Orthodontist (Dr. Palmer wanted to remove four), and our new dentist suggested sedation dentistry because she's so fearful. Children's pain DOES matter. Besides that, if kids have bad experiences as children, it can hold them back from seeing the dentist on a regular basis their whole life. We're having to deal with that, now. We started going to this office before Dr. Palmer bought the practice. I'm sorry we didn't leave when that happened.
