At first, I was wary about moving into an apartment with no washer/dryer in the unit, a swamp cooler in the living room and no a/c, and a kitchen so small no more than 2 people can stand in it at one time. However, my worries were quickly turned around. The cooler keeps the whole apartment at a good temperature, the washer/dryer room is open 24 hours a day and is only a minor inconvenience.



Plus the complex is gated, and I feel very safe all the time.



The complex is a little expensive, but well worth the money. It is very well maintained and looks clean and nice at all times. They allow pets under 20 pounds, and a monthy rent fee of $10 per pet.
