Our experience with Wolfe Electric was horrible. We ordered a light fixture the beginning of Dec.2015 after 7 weeks of promises of returning our calls and that they are looking for the light fixture no return calls and the light fixture they finally gave us was the wrong one. 7 plus weeks we waited with empty promises and pre paid no light. I went online and purchased one and had it here within 3 days. I will go online or travel to Sac. or Redding before dealing with them again. Very Very rude employees.

Had one good experience with Lindsay here but tried to get another job done and she didn't return emails or phone calls or even a letter. After 3 months I gave up. Apparently they are too busy to do business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

when I called wolf electric service for electrician the service customer they will call me back within 5 minutes they never returned my called the worst customer service. terrible

I brought a Generac generator into Wolfe Electric for a simple starting problem and tune up, since they are the only Generac authorized repair shop around. They said one week turn around.

Two weeks later I called to get an update and was told they had just started on it.

Two weeks later I was told they had trouble shoot the problem and were waiting on parts. I was told I needed a new start switch.

A few weeks later and after a few more calls I decided to take it back and fix it myself. I asked for the parts including start switch they ordered so I could fix it and the two people in the shop could not find it. One person didn't think they had and parts for my generator at all.

I fixed the problem myself almost two months after I took it in for repair. It was a blown fuse and required no replacement parts. I was LIED to multiple times stating they were "waiting on parts" for a month. While no one had ever even started.

To make it worse I called to speak with the Owner and spoke with a man who claimed to be. I explained the situation and he assured me he would look into it and get back to me with a resolution. I think I was talking to one of the Liars that created the problem. No one ever called me ONCE. Not after day one of dropping it off, through allegedly talking to the Owner, MR. Wolfe.



Bottom line LIARS.
