NO stars! Beyond disappointed, saddened and sick to my stomach, as to how a staff member, "obnoxiously & aggressively" pushed to secure referrals on a patient so they may provide treatment. Very underhanded Lacking ANY concern for patients existing care plans. Care coordinators MUST remember to "disconnect calls from their phones" after they hang up on a disappointed client. That way reviews like this wont have to be written.....patient privacy would have been maintained...and your unknowing gossip would not have been shared. Go back to your flip phone!! --BEYOND disappointed.
