I needed to have a double pane picture window replaced,I brought the window in and it was ready the next day,they even chalked it where water seeped in before,at what I thought was a very reasonable price. Have used them over the last ten years and they always came through for me.

Funny thing I just called this location and Steve was very professional and courteous. I am looking forward to doing business with these folks

Terribly rude service. Was left on hold for 5 minutes, then when I called back was put on hold again. The woman who took the call could not have sounded more irritated by my call and then questioned if I even wanted to place the order I was inquiring about. I strongly suggest that you try Westfield Glass, they were polite and happy to answer my questions, and freely offered advice. They also were less expensive that Chicopee Glass & Mirror.
