They were fantastic. I was seen quickly and results were given fast. Medication was sent to the pharmacy with no problems. They were better then seeing my primary care doctor.

I think all the good reviews must be written by the people that work there. This place is completely fraudulent. I called before I went there and they said they could do what I needed but when I got there they told me to go to the hospital emergency room instead. I asked for my co-pay to be returned, and they did return it; but then they billed my insurance for the co-pay and several hundred dollars for an urgent care visit. They did NOTHING for me except send me away. Disgusting place. I am filing a complaint.

Love to go here they are all so very nice and take their time with each patient , I recommend this place to anyone and everyone . They are better at treating illnesses the riverbend

I went to this urgent care yesterday, around four thirty. I was really sick but I wasn't sure why. I never had the frame of mind to actual time it, but it felt like I waited in the waiting room for a while after filling out papers - admittedly, that was probably because I felt like I was dying.



The nurse who took me into triage was super nice, was genuinely concerned, not bored-looking like some other places I've been. He got me settled into a room quickly to wait for the doctor. It felt like that took a while too, but again, my sense of time was probably way off. Dr. Dawson was VERY nice. Also genuinely concerned about my state of health and made sure we discussed everything that was going on so he could get an understanding of how to treat it. He was concerned about my ability to drive myself out, so they kept me for observation for a few hours, during which the staff shared their snacks with me in paper cups since I hadn't eaten in a few days from being ill. They made me as comfortable as they could and really went out of their way to help me feel better.



I'd definitely recommend the facility.

RECEPTION AND TRIAGE THE SAME.

DOCTOR WAS GREAT, PROFESSIONAL,

CARING WITH A NICE SENSE OF HUMOR.

MY HUSBAND & I WERE MOST IMPRESSED

went their to bring my mother their who fell out of a truck seat to the pavement, so she was very sour, so I brought her to urgent care in chicopee. we only had to weight 1/2 hour. the staff was very good with my mother, the nurse who did the x-rays ways great, thanks gor great service

Terrible. They open at 0900, yet the Doctor does not arrive until 0945-1015. Then when he did arrive it was with his family and I felt very rushed when he did, finally arrive.
