This place is a train wreck! We had 3 rooms over the weekend and they were all disgusting. "Sticky stuff" on one bathroom floor that we cleaned with supplies we bought at the local Walgreens. Even the air freshener we bought couldn't make a dent in the lingering odor... holes in bedspreads, stains on carpets, bathtubs with rust spots and soap dishes that were calcified. Barking dogs, worn furniture,the band next door playing into the night, dubious characters entering the back entrance with 24 packs of beer on a regular basis. This place felt more like a halfway house for recovering addicts than a refuge for weary travelers. The front desk and breakfast area looked newly renovated. The money should have been spent on the rooms!!!! Everything else in the area was booked and this was our ONLY option. It was bad...
