Although the rent has gone up, they still fail to fix anything. It's also run down. The parking lot has pot holes in it they they have not fixed since I've been living there for over three years. The plumbing is always backed up. The lanlord walks into your home whenever she gets ready without giving the tenants the proper 24hr notice. If there were other apartment homes avaliable I would move out immediately. I'm very dissatisfied with the new management.
