We had a septic inspection while selling the house and had some items to fix.I was not convinced that I had a problem because I never had a septic issue. I wanted a 2nd opinion. Cliff from Rivercity septic comes on his scheduled time to inspect the system. He spent couple of hour testing the system. He than tries to explain me why water in vent was a concern. He said that I just dont want to fix the system so you can sell your house, I want to fix it so the guy who comes and live in your house dont have any issue. His that sentence and that integrity won me over. He said he has done quite some work in our area . Very rare to find people with that kind of integrity. He prepared a detailed quote and explained each and every item. Cliff came on his committed day with his crew and started working. He gave me an update every few hours. It was great to have someone who has that kind of respect for the customer. I usually don't write reviews, but Cliff from River City Septic deserves one.

Terrible service, had to keep calling to get the job done. They eventually did the work after wasting enough of my time, just to find out the product failed on me. I had to and preferred to fix myself than to call them back. Would not recommend.

they don't follwup on what they say when they over charge you
