There are some very nice people that work here... the due on night shift being the sweetest elderly lady in this town probably has some bad nights but I think she's always been good to me!

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST MCDONALD'S IN HISTORY ALONG WITH THE MCDONALD'S IN BETHANY MISSOURI THE STAFF THERE IS RUDE SPECIALLY THE NIGHT WORKER BY THE NAME OF SUE SHE IS VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL . THE ONE IN BETHANY IS JUST AS WORSE THERE IS A WORKER THERE BY THE NAME OF CHERI SHE IS HATEFUL TO HER STAFF LIKES TO YELL AT THEM WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE THERE . THE ORDERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG NOT TO MENTION THE FRIES ARE ALWAYS COLD AND RUBBERY . I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THEY ARE TO CLEAN THE MACHINES ON A SUNDAY EVENING NOT LATE AT NIGHT . I HAVE GOTTEN CHICKEN SEVERAL TIMES THAT IS HALF COOKED . I HATE THIS PLACE . WILL TRAVEL OUT OF CHILLCOTHE JUST TO AVOID THIS PLACE

I would not take my dog to eat here. Your order is never right the to night I ordered a chicken club and got all the way home and there was no chicken how can you mess that up i order a mocha and no we cant do that we are cleaning it well do you not clean it at the same time everyday or only when you see me pull up.
