I purchased a Aspire Platinum kit from the compant on 10/13/2016. I has NEVER worked since day one. The manager informed me that an exchange is not possible and I would have to contact Aspire.

I contacted Aspire and spoke to Zach at UVaper. He informed me that the manager was sadley mistaken and the exchange should have been given. The manager exchanged coils twice and had me attempt to charge the device with no positive results. Now I have to pay to have the item shipped and a replacement sent to me. I can not express my disappointment with Cheap Tobacco. There are may similar stores in our city. I will no longer visit the store and inform as many people on social media of the lack of knowledge of the poorly trained staff.
