Stay away from, att their shoes are sold "as-is" no exchanges, nothing. They have a disclamer on the their reciepts to get away with this. Would not exchange a shoe that had a manufacture defect. I had box, reciept and was returned the same week that I bought them. Also explaned that shoe manufactures do not offer any warranty on their shoes, simply a lie. Also suggested that if I wanted service I should have bought from someone else. I suppect they are buying manufacture seconds and selling them off as New. The shoe I bought I found had a extra piece of leather sewin in one of the seams. After cutting that out and re gluing a new insert ( bought from wal mart) the shoes are ok. Stay away
