Provided by YP.comTeresa at the local office in China Grove was very efficient and called my problem in for me to save me time on my TracFone. Going through the main WIndstream site was frustrating, hold time was >18min., chat was down. The next time I have a problem with my phone I will definitely call my local China Grove office!!
