We have lived in China Spring for ten years. I have watched the service and quality of food slowly go down the drain. It all started when someone else bought the restaurant. The people that work at this Bush's Chicken are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. They act like every question is stupid. The past five times that I have gone to this Bush's have been really bad experiences. My son and I went about four weeks ago and I swear the girl at the counter was high. The young people working there were all having a big party and not paying attention to customers. There were a lot of extra people that seemed to be just hanging out. I think we have finally learned our lesson (after tonight being another bad experience) and we won't be back. It's sad because for years it was a good place to eat and now it is not.

Love the chicken, the workers need more training. Not the first time, but 2 out of 3 times they mess up the order. I ask asked for a leg and thigh for carryout. Wound up with a wing and a thigh. Tonight, no fries in my wife's snack pack. The franchisee woman was there, too. I'll go the extra 2 miles the next time.

Bush's has great chicken tenders but I love their tea and I always pick up a gallon or two when I go to a family gathering.
