I would highly recommend not building or buying a house that this water system services. Extremely disappointed with their service, attitude and customer relations. They put their customers on a strict no water mandate in early summer. It was lifted for all but one subdivision on October 31. Plants, grass, trees and shrubs cannot survive this. I have lost thousands and thousands of dollars of grass and shrubs due to their inability to come up with a decision or solution to help my needs as a customer.

Sample wording from postcard received November 1, 2011:

"We are now in Stage 1 of the Drought Contingency Plan. This means we request our members to voluntarily conserve water. Currently, there are no restrictions for watering and no surcharges will be applied. This does NOT apply to the Hills of Childress Creek".

Restrictions lifted, surcharges lifted for all customers but one neighborhood.

Grossly unconscionable, unprincipled and unfair.
