VERY-BAD MANAGEMENT GROUP. I'm a homeowner living next to a property they manage. They are not accountable for the people they hire to fix their properties. 1. Painters over spray onto neighboring properties, 2. Workers trespass on to properties without asking permission, 3. workers use vulgar language knowing that younger kids are around, 4. one instance a worker was seen smoking weed. After notifying the management group, the worker became very aggressive and used profanity. When you call to complain your concerns, they are very confrontational and offer to do nothing about it. A very bad taste for the community of Chino Hills. I would leave -stars but had to select at least one in order to post.
