I bought a plantation shutter, it broke, their rep took cash, gave no receipt and doesn't want to do business with me anymore. I called to see if they wanted to repair the shutter, they me they don't speak to the public, only reps..avoid them!

JC has far too many negatives. They often send the wrong product or a broken product, and they refuse to cover the costs of their mistakes. They demonstrate poor working ethics and if you are going to do business, don't rely on this company or you will set yourself up for embarrassment and hardships.
