John's automotive performs the maintenance to all our company vehicles and is very thorough.



I had John look at my Subaru after getting a quote from the dealership to look into the car overheating and providing me with a bill to replace the radiator due to a crack and also stated that the car had 2 blown head gaskets due to the overheating. (The car never overheated, the temp light flickered on and off for a split second and I immediately pulled over)



John identified that the radiator indeed had a split on the bottom but that the car's head gaskets were in tact and no additional service besides the oil change was recommended.



Never trust the dealership....
