I used to work for this company back in 1976. I worked in the assembly department under the supervision of Grace Duarte. After working there for a short time I had to move back up to Northern California for a while. When I was ready to move back down to Southern California I looked up this company Kemper Manufacturing hoping to be employed by them once again. My old position was not available but they did hire me in the sanding department and I was able to work under the supervision of Irma Brown until 1987 at which time I retired from this company who took very good care of me and my family during the time I was there taught me a lot and I enjoyed working for them. I chose to retire from the company to stay home with my son who was a year and a half at the time. I'm very grateful that they gave me this opportunity to learn a new skill of making the tools for ceramics. I'm very blessed to have known Mr.Jack Kemper. I'm very happy to hear that the company is thriving and doing very well. Cathy Bradford Dufour
