This is not a good place to purchase a home the manager is awful and the guy Sal Ortiz in corporate is no help. They are truly money hungry they charge for everything except the air we breathe. The single pool is not heated and the manager who is suppose to assure that people from outside do not go in is never in the office so you can imagine how that fail's to happen. In addition, they rent the halls for parties and the pools are suppose to be off limit but no one is there from management to assure that it does not happen. Their are residents who use illegal drugs and break ins. They charge $50 dollars for parking and lack understanding. This is a horiblessing place to invest in and purchase a home. The break in the thievery the use of drugs is plain horrible. Management looks out for themselves and not the residents.

Have to buy the land and pay home owner association fees. Many homes are from the 1970s. Owner doesn't heat up the pool. Have exercise room and pool table. Kitchen to rent for group meetings. Gated storage area for rent. Have laudromat plus clothes line. Some thievery. Small, indoor pet allowed. Must keep your area and home clean and groomed. More older residents than family. No playground. Utilities must be paid along with rent. Close to stores but must take kids to schools.
