Established in 2013, My Fitness Zone is a different environment compared to any other fitness facility you have EVER encountered. My Fitness Zone was created by individuals with different backgrounds in the Health and Fitness field. This facility was created by Health & Fitness Professionals who believe that there is more to a healthy lifestyle than just intense workouts. We believe that in order for anyone to live a healthy lifestyle, one must learn how to start! Our clientele base consists of a combination of individuals with different goals and walks of life. My Fitness Zone provides a UNIQUE environment where the client experiences exclusivity. We tailor our programs in accordance with proper nutrition (teaching our clients how to eat nutritionally sound for each individual….meaning, no cookie cutter menus…pun intended), appropriate cardiorespiratory programs, as well as individualized resistance training programs. Although we do specialize in Private Personal Training, we also provide Semi-Private Personal Training for those who feel better working in a small group setting with a Health & Fitness Professional.
