My husband Joe and I rescued a dog from a shelter in Moreno Valley. they told us that all she needed was a little love and a stable environment. What we later found out when we brought her home after two weeks she was incredibly aggressive and has severe anxiety. We took her to a vet to make sure that there was nothing medically wrong with her and we were told that some dogs are just like this, do to either abuse which was are case or she has a medical condition. The vet explained to us we had two options we can either take her to a trainer for aggressive dogs that has a behavioral specialist there or have her put down. By the end of the third week my hair was falling out, my husband and I were arguing about the dog and our adult children could no longer come over because she was so aggressive towards them . Our oldest daughter gave us Karen’s phone number and we gave her a call and set up a meeting with her. She came to our house and evaluated our dog Luna. She was lunging at the window, foaming at the mouth, growling and barking nonstop, she was totally out of control . Karen explained to us the different training options and told us to take a few days to think about it. We signed up for the eight week board and train class with Karen. When we took her up there and dropped her off Karen showed us around and we were very happy with her set up. Our Luna finally came home to us on June 20 and we could not be more pleased. She is like having a completely different dog at the house. My husband and I are so grateful with the job that Karen did with our luna. Even though we now have her at home and we follow her training recommendations. All I have to do is pick up the phone and either call or text her and when she has a moment she either call or texts me back and answers all of our questions. If it wasn’t for Karen we would’ve had no other option but to put Luna down. Thank you Karen from all the Yorbas

Singleton’s Animal Connection, Inc (aka Singleton’s Pet Obey/Singleton’s Rattlesnake Avoidance) is a terrible company. Karen Singleton is a rude woman who has no patience and does not like people who have an opinion. I worked for her less than 2 months and on multiple occasions my paycheck was late and she yelled at me because I did something that she didn’t like or it was something different and new. When she let me go, she withheld my last week’s paycheck from me and didn’t give me my money that she owed me. Her methods are a waste of your time and money because exactly what she does at her kennel has to be duplicated at the owner’s home. So you are doing double the work. She doesn’t return phone calls in a timely manner, she blames me for things she forgets or does not response to questions and makes you look like the bad guy. Ex. An owner left their 2 dogs with the boarding facility and when the dogs’ medications were returned to the owner at pick up, they were soaked and unusable from the rain over the weekend. The owner came to me and I explained Karen works over the weekends and must have forgot to take the bag out of the rain. They messaged Karen and she forwarded the message to me as if it was my problem. Another incident was when a boxer was showing signs that it was sick and I brought it to Karen’s attention, she said that he was fine and to just put peroxide on his wounds. I later found out from the owner when he finally was taken to the vet, that the dog has a serious fungal infection and ear mites. Karen lacks the concern and care for the dogs. All she’s worried about is making her money. She just wants to put, pretty much, every dog on “Doggy Prozac” because she can’t tolerate the aggression, anxiety or excessive barking of the dogs. I am a previous employee of the company and I URGE you not to use her services! Save yourself the headache, time, money and stress that will come with using her!

Singleton's Pet Obey is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their pets. We decided to adopt a dog from the shelter and ended up discovering her behavioral problems when we brought her home. She was also extremely aggressive to other animals and to people but we did not want to risk her being put down if we took her back to the shelter so we turned to Singleton's Pet Obey for help. They were incredible and after doggy boot-camp, our dog was completely different. She was no longer aggressive towards people and got along famously with the cats in the house. She is now a very loving member of our family who can perform an array of tricks. She also learned how to ring a wind chime by the door to let us know when she has to go potty. Highly recommend Singleton's Pet Obey to anyone who needs this kind of help.

In my experience with Karen and her business, it has been nothing but good. She helped turn my formerly aggressive German Shepard into a dog that I can know bring around my family, in good faith nothing will happen. As for her facilities, she has moved locations and is now in chino. The boarding area is in great shape, and I wouldn't go to any other person for my business. She is more than affordable, and I know that my dog will be happy there while I'm on vacation. My dog stays indoors at night, so in the winter time I'm not worried if he is cold. I'm happy with the Singletons business. Karen has great customer service also.
