What a irresponsible company!! I brought my car for wash with its Wednesday Special, and they only vaccumed the interior briefly. While I was not paying attention for a little bit, they immediately drove my car for a wash... They didn't really clean my car, and there were many stinks on the top of my car!! And after I returned home and opened the trunk, and I realized they didn't vaccum it!! I called the company and told them they didn't vaccum the trunk, and they just replied with no manner than I need to ask for the trunk to be vaccumed!! What kind of service is this? I'm a paying customer, and I have to request for something that they are supposed to do? All other car washes would clean my trunk without having me to ask, and they would do the service perfectly!! This is completely ridiculous!! I told them already, I will never come back again!! And they just hanged up on me...
