Never in my life have I written a review on a business but I feel compelled to save you the misery of visiting This N' That. If I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid this place like your wallet and sanity depend on it. Their customer service is by far the WORST I have ever experienced. Their ability to listen to simple instructions is non-existent. The place is a hodge-podge of so many different things they can not focus on the specifics of what you as a consumer hope to accomplish. They are very un-focused in their business. The pricing is way too high for simple items like stickers and paper. $13 for stickers you can buy at Walmart for $4 is going too far. Never in my life have a seen a business that sells scrap book goods, Tape to DVD transfers, and offers OUT SOURCED dry cleaning service. Speaking of which, In transit they will most likely lose your clothing and blame one of your family members for having picked it up earlier. There is no on site cleaning done at this facility. They pay another cleaner to do your cleaning. Their cost of dry cleaning is by the highest I have ever seen and that includes visits to NY and LA. This N' That burned me for over $50 and 3 hours of my time and then laughed at me while leaving in frustration. They wasted a month of having to go back 4 times to request the tailor make proper adjustments to my fabric and now the project is rendered worthless. I will need to start over with all new fabric and services. We now drive to a dry cleaner down the street for better customer servicer and much better pricing. Please avoid This N' That for your benefit...Zero stars !!
