In March we decided after years of our well pumping 1/2 gallon per hour that we would look into a new well. We called 5 companies in the Chino Valley, AZ area. I had to leave messages with 4 of the 5 (Del Rio being one of the 4). The 5th one I spoke extensively with the wife who promised her husband would call within the next 48 hrs. The only company that returned my call was Eric at Del Rio. He came out that day and spoke with us for over an hour explaining all that would be involved. By the next day we had an estimate emailed to us. The well was drilled within the next week up and running. We had a problem with the device that regulates the pressure at 5:00 pm the 3rd day and Eric had his crew out within 20 minutes to fix the problem. He handled all my in between calls about various worries (ie: dirty water at initial start up, the pressure issue) with complete politeness and professionalism. In fact all his employees were polite and helpful. We would highly recommend Del Rio to anyone considering a well or for their well needs. They also advised us on things to keep our cost down and we actually paid less than the estimate given to tie the new well into our home piping. By the way one other company finally called two days AFTER our new well from Del Rio was done. Needless to say we didn't bother calling them back. None of the remaining 3 companies even called us back.

Del Rio drilled my well in 2002. I have had a couple of service experiences with them since. They have always been prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Del Rio is drilling a well for our neighbor. The drilling rig has been in our shared driveway for over 2 months and they're not done yet. Now a Del Rio truck is blocking the entire driveway and gate, we can't get in or out, and he refuses to move it. The sheriff says we can have it towed, but Del Rio says he called all the tow companies and threatened to sue them if they moved his truck. We're stuck.

He appears charming and honest up front but after the contract is signed he becomes dishonest. Watch out for his contract it allows him to charge whatever he wants and you pay or he leaves with your money or no well. It cost me over 7,000.00 more and I had to get a loan to pay for it. Then he pulled the equipment added hundreds in bogus charges. I had to get an honest company to put in the equipment.

Dishonest. Watch out for his contract. It allows him to charge whatever he wants and he does in a very dishonest manner. He will lie to cover lies and has no shame in taking other peoples money unjustly.
