I live here and and have for over 10 years I'm 75 don't ask for any maintenance they will tell you to do it yourself even if it is to cut down an 80 foot tree that is a danger to people who live there .

Under new management - Very nice Chino Valley Park, spacious lots, private and value-priced for the area. Quiet and conveniently located just off 89 and less than a couple of miles from Prescott. Country living with modern conveniences - filtered artesian water is offered to residents. Secured self-storage is also available. Clean Park - come visit it :)

Great place to retire and escape from Phoenix heat. Stores and medical facilities nearby. Welcoming to Veterans and military personnel close to VA

Oversized Lots, Serene environment most retirees. Quiet and friendly surrounded by nature. Inexpensive compared to other parks in the area. Overall - a great place to live, close to shops, medical, restaurants and minutes to downtown.
