We have used Tom's Print Shop several times for both business and personal and we have never been disappointed! They are super helpful and have great customer service, in addition to the outstanding product they create. Their signs and banners are awesome!

At Peter B. - I think you may have the wrong company. First, we don't know who you are and secondly, we have not had any complaints or jobs go bad due to stock related issues in recent memory. Thirdly, the owners are Tom and Wendy and there is no Larry working here, nor has there ever been. Lastly, jobs do go bad from time to time, and even though this wasn't our work, we would welcome the opportunity to help you solve your printing needs.

Receiving the product 3 weeks after placing an order the stock of paper was not what was expected but was on the quote. since I'm not a printer I don't know paper stock I just wanted the problem resolved as quick as possiblesince I felt like I'd already been waiting too long for the product. I asked how we could move on and how quick I can get in the right order and what the cost would be didn't care that I didn't have the right product in hand they just wanted the money for the first one and that's it I live in a small town I would have thought they would have tried to help me but all they cared about was getting their money for that first order that's it that's all they focus and they were rude on top of it.he was so uncomfortable focused the owner Larry that I hung up on him. I've never in my life right now review about a business but there's what time people need to know when not to use a business this is 1 of them.

Awesome service and great prices! I had some business cards made up and they turned out great. I will definitely be returning to Tom's for printing services to be done.
