Big promises were made on having lower prices than the competing shipping companies' when we signed up. When creating shipping labels we saw a competitive price during processing however once we received the weekly/monthly bills we saw many up charges added in that actually put us in the negative with shipping prices. After trying to get this reconciled with the company, we finally cancelled and went back to our original company awaiting the promised refund from Unishippers. After not receiving the promised refunds we were told there would be no refund because we cancelled our account. Also, during initial setup there were many incorrect labels, label machines and other software and hardware issues. The service guy that came to help with set up didn't even know how to work the software or integrate it with our systems either. Bad experience all around!
